Gold Mist Perfumes Inc. operates a strict no-refund, no-return policy. All sales are final. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this policy.

What This Means

We do not refund or exchange for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind or no longer wanted
• Scent does not meet your expectations
• Bought the wrong size or product
• Fragrance intensity or projection differs from expectations
• Package delayed by the carrier
• Any other reason not required by law

Before You Buy

Because fragrance is deeply personal and cannot be tested by us on your behalf, please read our product descriptions, notes, and profile ratings carefully before you place an order. Where a smaller size (sample or 30ml) is available for a fragrance you have not tried in person, we strongly recommend starting there.

If you are unsure whether a fragrance is right for you, contact us before you order. We are happy to answer questions about scent character, projection, and season or occasion fit.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback through your bank for reasons covered by this policy (change of mind, dissatisfaction, wrong size) is a violation of our terms. We document every order with tracking and delivery confirmation, and will contest such disputes with evidence. Accounts that file chargebacks in violation of this policy may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

Statutory Rights
