Yes, every order over $100 CAD ships free anywhere in Canada. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight + destination at checkout (Canada Post live rates).

Not yet. We're Canada-only at launch. International shipping for fragrance has extra regulatory requirements (Dangerous Goods classification, hazmat documentation) that we'll add once we've nailed our domestic flow.

Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods. We ship under Canada Post's Limited Quantity exemption (bottles ≤500ml packed in certified parcels with proper LQ markings). It's the same compliant method used by major perfume retailers in Canada.

Yes. Every parcel ships with a Canada Post tracking number. Once your label is generated you'll receive an email with a tracking link, and you can also visit our contact page to ask for help if anything looks off.

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for mobile checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe: your card details never touch our servers.

Yes. Checkout runs over 256-bit SSL and uses Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) for payment processing, the same standard used by Shopify, Amazon, and most major retailers. We don't store your card number; we only see the last 4 digits, which appear on your receipt.

No. Gold Mist is guest-checkout only at launch. Enter your email and shipping address at checkout and you're done. You'll get a tracking link via email once your order ships.

All sales are final once payment is submitted, please review your cart, shipping address, and fragrance selection carefully before you place the order. If you notice an error in your shipping address (typo, missing unit number) within a few minutes of ordering, email us at goldmist77@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to correct the address before the label prints. Address corrections are the only after-the-fact change we can make.

Your card is authorized immediately at checkout and charged when the order is confirmed. If the order is cancelled before shipping, you'll see the authorization fall off your statement within 5 to 7 business days.

We compose fragrances inspired by widely-loved scent profiles using premium fragrance concentrates. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any named brand, and we say so plainly on every product page. You're paying for the scent and the bottle, without the celebrity campaigns and retailer markup stack.

It depends on the blend: most of our perfumes are formulated for 6 to 8 hours of wear, with strong sillage in the first 1 to 2 hours. Each product page lists its specific intensity and sillage profile.

Spray is an alcohol-based eau de parfum: projects further, dries faster, the traditional perfume application. Pure Oil is alcohol-free, applied directly to pulse points; lasts longer on the skin, gentler on sensitive skin, and travels well (no liquid restrictions). Same fragrance composition, different carrier.

Yes, our blends are alcohol- or oil-based with synthetic and naturally-derived aromatic compounds. No animal-derived ingredients, no animal testing at any stage of our supply chain.

Not yet. We're adding a 2ml sample program in a future release. In the meantime, our smallest size (30ml Pure Oil) is the lowest-commitment way to try a fragrance.
